XTS Data Link developed for Zephry Technologies

The Bluetooth Data Link was developed to fit between a Motorola Portable Radio and its handset to pick up data from body sensor via Bluetooth and relay the data through the radio back to a monitoring station. The unit was designed to be used by firemen and mine workers allowing body vitals to be monitored while working in stressful environments. The typical environments required the unit to be robust in its design and waterproof to IPX7.

The Bluetooth unit had silicon seal that kept the units sealed to IP67 while holding in the PCBA and Battery.
