Marine Gimble Mount for Fusion
FUSION required a fabricated metal Gimble Mount for their MS-RA50 unit. The intention that the head unit could be removed quickly for storage out of view. The Mount had to allow for the MS-RA50 Head unit two be adjusted in two axis. The parts where designed to be folded and pressed in Aluminium for light weight and anti corrosion. There was a plastic moulded clip that mounted on the sides of the head unit allowing easy fitment and quick release.
The parts were design for cost effective manufacture. Above hi-lighted in green the same moulded clip was designed to be used on both sides of the unit. This not only clipped the head unit in but also tensioned up into the bracket to prevent any vibration.
