Contour ROAM2 Camera for Contour
Contour ROAM2 was developed as the easy to use camera with features like instant record and built in battery. The ROAM camera was also design to be waterproof to 1m so could be used around the pool and wet sports. It took on its own personality coming in four colour variations of anodised finish while also carrying the same rail mount feature of the rest of the range allowing access to the multitude of different mount options. As per the higher end cameras in the range the ROAM camera came with adjustable lens angle and laser alignment to allow shot angle setup.
ROAM2 was first to use the slide on and shoot with the top actuator. This also carried a slide lock to prevent accidental switching on during travel. The slide carried a diamond rubber grip to assist gloved use.
The ROAM2 were designed in a distinctive colour range where the aluminium barrels carried the coloured anodised finish. The Camera carried the Contour T-Rail to allow multiple mount options as well as attachment holes for safety loops.
